Nature gets crafty

BIG KITTY—Madison Kao, 6, of Westlake Village meets a taxidermy bobcat during the Nature Crafts event Sept. 17 at the Nature Center at Camarillo Grove Park. The Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District presented the free event that had nature-themed activities involving arts and crafts, taxidermy animals and education about local-flora and fauna.

Coyotes sweep CIF playoff opener
