Scholarship awarded

A $1,000 Best Buy scholarship has been awarded to Katlyn Rhatigan. She is a student of Louisville High School in Woodland Hills and the daughter of Kevin and Sharon Rhatigan. She plans to attend Texas Christian University. This year Best Buy has awarded scholarships to 1,000 students. Recipients were selected based on academic achievement, community involvement and/or work experience.

State board nabs contractors suspected of doing business without licenses
