Calabasas goes green

The United States Green Building Council, Los Angeles Chapter, has awarded the city of Calabasas a 2005 Municipal Green Building Conference and Expo Building Award for development projects that are deemed good for the environment. Red Oak to host carnival

Red Oak Elementary School will host a family-oriented carnival 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun., June 5 at the school, 4857 Rockfield St., Oak Park.
