The suspect being charged in the Nov. 11 kidnapping of a 13-year-old Thousand Oaks girls is being charged with "kidnapping for molesting and lewd conduct," not "kidnapping and molestation" as reported in last week’s paper. Attorney Ryan Golds said defendant Paul Whitehead, 23, will be arraigned Dec. 1 in Superior Court.
