Conejo Valley man guilty of embezzlement



The Ventura County District Attorney’s Major Fraud Division has obtained a conviction for 39-year-old Blair Dowd of Newbury Park for grand theft embezzlement. Dowd worked as a bookkeeper from August 1998 until October 2000 for R.W. Hertel and Sons, Inc., a construction company in Ventura.
