New citizen celebrates her first Fourth of July HURRAY FOR AMERICA – Westlake Village resident Margarita Perez recently became an American citizen. She’ll happily celebrate next Tuesday, no doubt, her first Independence Day as a citizen along with millions of other Americans. Enjoy the holiday, but drive defensively.
