In a year marred by one ugly illness, coronavirus, another disease continues to impact the community—as it always has.

Despite the pandemic, the Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara is moving forward in its mission to provide programs and services to the people and families affected by cancer, and on May 15 winners of the eighth annual Dear Cancer, It’s Me High School Essay Contest and Scholarship Awards were announced.
