Young musicians to perform with T.O. Philharmonic

. Orchestra offers students opportunity to play with pros

The nonprofit Thousand Oaks Philharmonic will showcase six young musicians in its upcoming Opus 34 concert at 7:30 p.m. Fri., July 6 at the Camarillo United Methodist Church, 291 Anacapa Drive. The concert will be repeated at 2:30 p.m. Sun., July 8 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Scherr Forum Theater, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.
Conducted by Dr. John Roscigno, the program will feature violin and piano concertos by Bach, Beethoven, Bruch, de Bériot, and Shostakovich.
