WWII pilot has bitter, sweet story to tell



Gail Halvorsen, the renowned “Berlin Candy Bomber,” will give a presentation on “The Miracle of Two Sticks of Gum” at 7 p.m. Sun., Aug. 28 at 1600 Erbes Road, Thousand Oaks.
All adults, WWII veterans and interested youth are invited. Admission is free.
