Workouts at Boxing Club Pack a Punch




TITLE Boxing Club offers total body boxing and kickboxing workouts called the Power Hour, which burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

These workouts focus on intense, fun and effective group boxing exercises for men and women of all ages and skill levels.

The Power Hour is an interval-based workout program that combines bouts of cardio and boxing exercises with short periods of rest, providing effective workto rest ratios, optimizing the participants’ results.

Trained instructors lead the classes and encourage all participants at different fitness levels to workout at their own pace.

The Newbury Park TITLE Boxing Club is outfitted with a heavy bag station with 50 suspended heavy bags. Classes are held at this station.

Members can also use traditional fitness equipment, including free weights and cardio machines.

The Newbury Park location also offers a retail shop where customers can purchase TITLE Boxing Club merchandise, including boxing gloves, hand wraps and fitness apparel.

Prospective members are encouraged to come in for a “First Shot Free,” a no charge, no obligation class to experience the benefits first hand.

Grand opening membership specials make joining accessible.
