Women Can Get Help in

Fulfilling Their Dreams

The Women’s Empowerment Project (WEP) helps women claim their lives and find fulfillment.

"I’m a life coach," said WEP founder Renee Lefko. "My mission is to help women unlock their dreams and transform them into reality."

A coach listens without judging and provides support to enhance the skills and resources a client already has. A coach does not "fix" a person or solve problems for her. Rather, she partners with the individual to create a "safe space" so the client may develop her own solutions.

Lefko works with women on a one-one-one basis at their homes and offices, always in person.

Lefko also conducts a workshop for women titled "Live the Life of Your Dreams" on an ongoing basis at the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, and has developed a program for teenage girls to prepare them to leave home with confidence for college or a career.

Originally an image consultant, Lefko soon realized that her "true mission" was to empower women through coaching. She enrolled in formal coach training at The Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco. She’s also a member of the International Coach Federation and participates in its continuing education programs.

Lefko wants women to understand that they don’t have to neglect their husbands or children, be a genius or raise a million dollars to have a fulfilling life. All they need is a vision, the desire to make it happen and a plan. A coach helps them stay focused and on track during the ups and downs of that fulfilling journey.
