The Westlake Village City Council announced last week it has found a replacement for city manager Ray Taylor, who stepped down Dec. 21 after serving the city for 26 years.

The top Westlake city government post will be taken by Robert de Geus, who was selected after a lengthy search that drew interest from candidates from around the country.
