With incumbent Slavin out of running, one newcomer will win in WLV

Five candidates will vie for three open seats in the Westlake Village municipal election in November.
The candidates are incumbents Susan McSweeney and Mark Rutherford, and challengers Brad Halpern, Don Rosenberg and Kymberly Horner.
Councilmember Robert Slavin, a member of the Westlake Village City Council since 2001, opted not to run for another term, which means at least one newcomer will join the council.
