Public defenders at Tuesday’s arraignment hearing entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Anthony Rauda, the 42-year-old transient accused in the murder last year of Tristan Beaudette at a Malibu Creek State Park campsite.
Rauda was absent from the Van Nuys courtroom and is being held in L.A. County jail on $10-million bail. He will appear in court again on Feb. 4.
