PATRICK SHELBY/Acorn Newspapers NEW GENERATION-Maegan Jong, 5, visiting from Chicago, plants an elderberry tree across the highway from the Mountains Restoration Trust Headwaters Corner Interpretive Center last Saturday afternoon. The Calabasas Earth Club organized the planting of 60 native and eco-friendly trees, including mule fat and black walnut seedlings, as part of Earth Day and Arbor Day celebrations.
