Westlake Village student to attend leadership conference

Ashley Lai of Westlake Village has been selected to participate in the National Student Leadership Conference, a leadership development program for outstanding high school students.

During the conference, students will attend special workshops and classes where they will study the distinctions of leadership. They will hear from a variety of speakers active in government and world affairs who will add a sense of reality and bring current national and international issues to life.

Through participation in this program, students will develop their abilities to think on their feet, to engage in critical analysis and to communicate effectively.
