Wellness rocks at AHS


Agoura High School will host the school district’s inaugural community-wide health and wellness event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., May 12 on campus in the performing arts education center, 28545 W. Driver Ave.

The free event will provide strategies for addressing mental health, building resilience, empowering youth, wellness and family dynamics.

Professionals from throughout the Conejo Valley, including Engage Therapy, Ludington Institute, Give-an-Hour and the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station, will offer a keynote address, breakout sessions and a student forum.

Food will be for sale.
