Weapons scare forces grocer lockdown

Reports of a man with a shotgun in the parking lot of Erewhon Market in Calabasas led to a 45-minute lockdown at the Agoura Road grocery store on Jan. 24.

Victor Grenner, vice president of Erewhon, said the store’s manager called 911 at 6 p.m. after an employee said they saw a man get out of a vehicle carrying a shotgun.
