Water reclamation, composting plants get award

The Tapia Water Reclamation and Rancho Las Virgenes Composting facilities have been named "Plant of the Year" by the California Water Environment Association (CWEA). The facilities earned the award for the Los Angeles Basin section, according to a press release distributed by Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD).
