If you look at LVMWD’s website, you will see a tab for Transparency. There you will find Rates and Fees, and then Potable Water.
They use two strategies in their structure: as a given consumer uses more water, the price goes up. But as the volume of water goes up, based on the size of the meter, the price goes down.
A consumer with a three inch meter buys roughly ten times more water at a given rate (tier) than you do as a residential user.
