Wage hike coming but not in all cities

 Multiple cities have announced plans to increase their minimum wage to $15 an hour. Los Angeles County is on track to reach that goal within the next two years.
But just because the county has begun the process of increasing its minimum wage doesn’t mean all workers in the county can expect a bigger paycheck.
