Mary Victoria “Vicky” Stone Leary, a member of the first Agoura Hills City Council in 1982, died at her home in Idaho on Dec. 31, 2012. She was 83.
Leary focused her life on family, civic duty and service. She served two terms as mayor of Agoura Hills and was instrumental in the development of Chumash, Agoura and Reyes Adobe parks.
