Vaccine debate continues

Legislators rushed the mandatory vaccination bill through. Pavley and Irwin both voted yes. Gov. Brown rushed to sign. They don’t care.

He added the religious exemption to AB 2109, and his father, Pat Brown, gave us the PBE (Personal Belief Exemption)— appalling.

Thank you, Scott Wilk, for voting no. Democrats supported and Republicans opposed. Democrats represent control and the Republicans represent freedom.

The California Constitution guarantees a free and public education. There is not a compelling state interest to remove rights. There is no danger. We have very high vaccination rates. PBEs are unvaccinated; very few are. HepB for kindergarten—why?

No more religious exemption. Many have moral or other objections to ingredients from human or animal cells—monkey, cow, chicken, etc.—toxic and allergenic ingredients like aluminum, formaldehyde, MSG and eggs.

Vaccines have risks. There must be a choice.

Manufacturers are protected by law from liability, Billions of dollars are awarded in vaccine court for injury and death by VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System).

Daycare, development centers, preschool and private schools are not exempt—only homeschool if you are not 100 percent compliant. How is this a choice?

Homeschool is a commitment that not everyone can make. Not qualified to teach, single parents, two incomes, not right for your child, not fluent in English— where is the choice?

This bill will discriminate and segregate. Why aren’t more people outraged? Religious leaders and organizations, the ACLU, why are more people not angered about this violation of our rights?

It’s not too late. Join and fight this bill with one of the many organizations standing up and organizing to fight this violation of freedom.

Former Assemblyman Tim Donnelly has filed a referendum. I am thankful that Tony Mohammed has joined as well.

Look up the CDC whistleblower and the information that was eliminated from their vaccine reports on autism.

The signing of this bill was in between the landmark decision by the Supreme Court regarding gay marriage and Independence Day. I don’t feel independent or like a rainbow—do you?
