U.S. on short end of immigration

The one group of people, rarely mentioned, who profit immeasurably from illegal im- migration is the elite, wealthy class in Mexico and Central and South American countries.
Rather than incur the expenses of healthcare, public education and welfare programs, they “look the other way,” even encourage, their indigent populations to migrate to the United States.
It then becomes a burden to the unselfish, overly charitable American taxpayer.
