Two local school districts go to work on parcel tax proposals

Parents, students, teachers and administrators gathered Sunday in a political rally atmosphere at Sumac Elementary School in Agoura Hills to convince voters to vote yes on a parcel tax initiative that’s coming on the March 2 election ballot.
