Two local men join CLU’s Board of Regents





Cal Lutheran University’s convocators elected 10 individuals to serve on the 34-member governing Board of Regents during Founders Day weekend in October. Those elected will serve a three-year term and help guide the policies of the university. The 100-member Convocation is responsible for electing the Board of Regents and for serving as ambassadors, recruiters, spiritual supporters and fundraisers.


Among the newly-elected members of the board is James D. Power IV of Westlake Village, partner and director of international operations for J.D. Power and Associates.


Among those elected to serve an additional term on the board is David Watson of Thousand Oaks.
