Twins is topic of meeting





Conejo Valley Mothers of Multiples will explore the topic "Are Your Twins Reaching Their Developmental Milestones?" at a 7:30 p.m. meeting Wed., April 6 (call for location). The meeting is geared toward mothers of twins age 5 and younger.


Anne Baltzer, service coordinator for the Early Start Program of the Tri-Counties Regional Center, will discuss eligibility for early childhood development intervention services.


Raye Lynne Lorenz, an infant specialist and speech pathologist for the Conejo Regional Infant Program, will discuss tools used to measure infant development. Under these programs, children may qualify for free speech therapy, occupational or physical therapy.


Also at the meeting in a different room, Carrie Penix, a Cypress Elementary kindergarten teacher, will discuss kindergarten readiness.
