Chloe could not contain her excitement when she learned she’d be riding Rio, a brown horse with kind eyes, through the lush hills at the Meadows of Moorpark.
“I’m so looking forward to it because it’s my first time riding Rio,” the 12-year-old said as she petted the horse’s mane.
