Klessig departure in March leaves one spot vacant on City Council

Mayor Ned Davis and two challengers will run for a pair of City Council seats in the November Westlake Village election.
One of the seats has remained vacant since Councilmember Philippa Klessig retired in March and moved out of the city.
The candidate filing period for the Nov. 3 elections ended last Friday.
