The ultimate dinner for connoisseurs

Experience the glitz and glamour of Hollywood Nights at the 33rd annual Ultimate Dining Experience at 5 p.m. Sat., Sept. 15 at the Hyatt Regency Westlake, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Doors open at 5 p.m. Guests can stroll down the red carpet into the Hyatt garden for award-winning food and wine pairings from premier local restaurants and wineries.

A silent auction featuring wines, unique experiences and other items will be open. Live music will be provided.

At 7 p.m. attendees will move to the ballroom for a three-course gourmet dinner with wine pairing, and a live auction, followed by the Governor’s Ball after party and dancing.

The Thousand Oaks DJ Company will spin the top Hollywood-themed tunes and other award-winning favorites.

This year’s event will highlight chef’s cuisine from the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, May’s Kitchen, Zin Bistro, Casa Nostra, Bazille, Mastro’s Steakhouse and Brent’s Deli.

Opolo Vineyards, Alma Sol Winery and others will provide wire pairings with the food.

The Dudes Brewing Company will pour craft beer.

Patricia and George Jones will be honored as Philanthropists of the Year. Patricia Jones is a member of Senior Concerns’ Board of Directors.

The Joneses have supported and raised funds for numerous charities in the region since 1979, totaling over $20 million.

Proceeds from the Ultimate Dining Experience will help support Senior Concerns’ programs and services, including an Adult Day Program, Meals On Wheels and a Caregiver Support Center.

Tickets are $225 for individuals or $425 per couple.
