Terry Moerler and realtor partner, Terri Arias, of Aviara Real Estate, recently attended a course, “Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professional,” give by instructor Debbie Rodgers, ABR, GRI. The objective of the course was to master and implement the skills and techniques involved in overcoming negotiating barriers. Positional bargaining and value negotiating

are the two commonly recognized platforms for negotiating. Whether resolving an existing dispute or to negotiate a transactions, it is important that today’s realtor be able to help clients reach a favorable agreement, consequently producing a smooth, successful transaction.
