Tech fest to host NASA speaker

Displays from robotics and scientific groups

The Oak Park Library and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, CSUN chapter, will present the second annual Tech Fest from 1 to 5 p.m. Sat., Oct. 11 in the parking lot in front of the library on the Oak Park High School campus, 899 N. Kanan Road.
Dr. James Lux of JPL/NASA will speak on “FINDER—Using deep space communication technology to save lives on Earth.”
David Zweig, XPrize creative director, will also participate.
