Tax attorney, businessman to seek seat on council

Bob Slavin, 43, said he has no financial gain by being a member of the Westlake Village City Council, but community service excites him and he hopes to get elected on Tues., Nov. 6.
Slavin is a businessman who wears three hats in Westlake Village.
"I’m an attorney, an accountant and an appraiser," Slavin said. "A lot of what I do can help on the local level."
