Annual Lutheran Social Services walk-athon aims to raise $25,000


IN MEMORY—Members of Diana Ortuno’s family participate in last year’s walk-athon to benefit Lutheran Social Services. The event, Diana’s Walk to End Poverty, is named in Ortuno’s honor. She managed the center’s meal and shelter program for more than a decade before her death last year.
Supporters and staff of Lutheran Social Services in Thousand Oaks will lace up their sneakers this Saturday to make strides against poverty in the Conejo Valley.
