State loan lets Pierce generate some of its own electricity

State. Sen. Sheila Kuehl (D-Santa Monica) and Assemblywoman Fran Pavley (D-Woodland Hills) recently announced that Pierce College in Woodland Hills will install systems to generate some of its own electricity due to a $1.2 million low-interest loan from the California Energy Commission.
