Star-spangled 4th in Westlake

HOORAY FOR THE RED, WHITE AND BLUE—The Rev. Gary Alan Dickey, playing bagpipes, leads the start of the 44th annual Westlake Village Fourth of July parade, followed by Camarillo Composite Civil Air Patrol Squadron 61 and Color Guard. This year’s events included a U.S. flag retirement ceremony, music, inflatables, old-fashioned games and popsicles.
