The Stage Door Theatre is presenting the J.B. Priestly classic, "An Inspector Calls," through Sat., Sept. 18 at 28311 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills.
Directed by John Barker, the play revolves around a respectable family in an English industrial city and the turmoil caused when a police inspector arrives and questions each member of the family about their past contact with a young girl who has committed suicide.
Performances are at 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. will be offered on Aug. 22 and Sept. 12. Tickets are $12 except Saturday ($15).
On Thursday and on Sunday, an optional theatre/restaurant combination is available in conjunction with the restaurant Blue (formerly Casa Rea). Total price for show and meal (including beverage, tax and gratuity) is $25.
