Special education, U.S. law to be discussed


The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) will host a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Mon., Jan. 12 in Room G9 at Oak Park High School, 899 N. Kanan Road, Oak Park. The topic will be "No Child Left Behind—What It Means for Kids in Special Education."


Presenters will be director Dr. Bernard Korenstein and Oak Park Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Gary Richards. They’ll provide an overview of current federal law and its impact on special education.
