Laced with a deadly toxin from a shellfish, the pin was issued to a CIA pilot in the 1960s. It is one of 300 espionage artifacts and documents on view at “SPY: The Secret World of Espionage.”
The 12,000-square-foot exhibit opened Oct. 30 and will remain there until March 9.
