Agoura Hills

On March 8 thieves stole two catalytic converters from cars parked outside Fabio & Co. Italia on Canwood Street. Total damage and loss was $5,600.

Two men attempted to steal the catalytic converter from a car parked on Yankee Drive on March 3. The owner interrupted the theft attempt when he stepped outside to investigate a grinding noise. Two men crawled out from under his car, got into a sedan and drove away.

On March 2 a thief entered an unlocked car parked on Conejo View Drive and stole a gym bag full of clothing, a photo album, pencils, face masks and some paperwork that had been left inside. The stolen items were worth $127.

Calabasas

A shoplifter stole 257 miscellaneous hair and nail products from Ulta Beauty on Calabasas Road on March 6. The stolen items were worth $6,500.

On March 5 someone broke into two cars parked near Calabasas Hidden Stairs on Calabasas Road. From one car the thief stole a purse containing a wallet, driver’s license, Social Security card and credit cards. The stolen items were worth $2,525. The culprit caused $400 in damage to the vehicle by smashing the rear passenger window. The other car’s rear passenger window was also smashed, causing $300 in damage. The thief stole a purse containing a wallet, driver’s license, credit card and Social Security card, all worth $875.

A person broke into a car parked on Parkmor Road on March 1 and stole a pair of sunglasses and miscellaneous paperwork, worth $205.

Oak Park

On March 5 someone entered an unlocked car parked on Evanwood Avenue and stole multiple items that had been left inside. The value of the stolen items is unknown.

Westlake Village

On March 6 a burglar broke into 3-sixty Architecture and Design on Via Colinas and stole three iMac computers, worth a total of $12,000. The culprit smashed the glass front door to the business, causing $500 in damage.

Someone broke into two doctor offices on Agoura Road on March 5. The culprit smashed a window to the X-ray room and gouged a 2-foot hole in a wall to gain access to another room, causing $1,500 in damage. Nothing was reported missing. The culprit also gouged a 2-foot hole in a wall of the second office and left a 3-inch gash in another wall, causing $1,500 in damage.

On March 3 someone vandalized a stone bench on Russell Ranch Road and sprayed graffiti on a nearby curb, causing $500 in damage.
