Agoura Hills

On May 28 a thief stole items from a car parked on Pisces Street. There were no signs of forced entry. The thief took two pairs of prescription glasses, a can of pepper spray, a dashboard figurine, a magnetic cellphone holder, cash and an organizer folder. The stolen items were worth $137.

Someone stole a $1,000 cellphone from a community pool on Strawberry Hill Drive on May 27. The owner forgot his phone when he left the pool and later returned to find it had been taken.

Calabasas

A backpack containing a laptop and headphones was stolen from a locker in the boys’ locker room at Calabasas High School. The items were worth over $2,200. There were no signs of forced entry.

On May 28 someone broke into a car parked on Calabasas Road by shattering the front passenger window, causing an unspecified amount of damage. The thief stole a $100 purse that contained a driver’s license and credit cards.

A thief entered an unlocked car parked on Las Virgenes Road on May 27 and stole $80 in cash and several credit cards.

On May 26 someone broke into a car parked outside Inner Power Yoga Studio. The thief smashed the driver’s window, causing $275 in damage, and stole a purse and makeup bag worth $380.

A thief stole $478 in cash from Fazio Cleaners at the Commons on May 24. The owner was closing the business for the day and had locked the doors when she noticed the back door was propped open and the cash had been taken from the registers.

A burglar entered the garage of a home on Consuelo Drive between May 22 and 25 and stole a set of golf clubs, a Picasso lithograph, a Gustin lithograph, a safe that contained various kinds of jewelry and cash. The stolen items were worth $21,500.

On May 20 someone broke into a home on Dry Canyon Cold Creek Road and stole a $2,500 purse. The thief entered the home by use of a spare key that was hidden outside.

Westlake Village

A thief stole a bicycle from outside the Staples store on Lindero Canyon Road on May 26. The $2,500 bike had been placed behind a pillar while the owner went into the store.

Someone broke into a car parked on Lakeview Canyon Road on May 25 by smashing the rear passenger window, causing $500 in damage. The thief stole a backpack, sweater, Kindle, shoes, a curling iron, the key to a rental vehicle, a car key and a bag containing makeup items. The stolen property was worth over $1,000.

A thief stole two computers worth over $1,400 from the California Health and Longevity Institute on Dole Drive between May 24 and 28. There were no signs of forced entry.

A robber broke into Westlake Auto Collision on La Baya Drive on May 24. The culprit pried open the back door, causing $50 in damage, and stole a wastebasket and a vehicle code scanner. The stolen items were worth more than $14,500.

On May 22 three people stole 13 printer ink cartridges and a box of trash bags from the Target on Russell Ranch Road. The items were worth over $1,750. Security footage showed a man and a woman entering the store, placing the items in a cart and meeting with another man before leaving without paying.
