Two women stole over $1,000 worth of health and beauty items June 2 from the Ralphs supermarket on Kanan Road.

On June 1 two men stole an undetermined amount of merchandise from the CVS on Kanan Road. Employees attempted to stop the men and called the police, but the thieves left the store and drove away before sheriff’s deputies arrived.

Someone broke into a car parked on Medea Lane the night of June 1. The thief smashed the front passenger window, causing $400 in damage, and stole a Louis Vuitton bag, a pair of Chanel sunglasses and an automated gate opener, worth over $2,900.

On May 4 someone stole a trumpet worth $850 that was left in a classroom at Mariposa School of Global Education on Calmfield Avenue.


On June 6 someone broke into a car on Calabasas Road by smashing the left rear passenger window, causing $ 8,300 in damage. The thief stole a briefcase containing a laptop and a silver card case, worth $2,600.

Westlake Village

A thief stole a wallet worth $1,000 out of a purse in a shopping cart at Costco on Lindero Canyon Road on May 19. The wallet contained a driver’s license and credit cards. The cards were later used at the nearby Target to make a $500 purchase and an attempted $1,000 purchase.
