On May 12 someone broke into the Rite Aid on Kanan Road. The thieves stole an unknown amount of medication from the pharmacy. Investigators believe the theft is linked to other Rite Aid burglaries that started in Camarillo and moved east toward Agoura Hills.

Someone broke into a car parked outside the Ladyface Ale Companie on Agoura Road the night of May 10. The thief caused $300 in damage by smashing the rear passenger window. The owner reported that a $1,000 laptop had been stolen from the back seat. On the same day at the restaurant, a person shattered the rear left passenger window of another car and stole a purse, wallet and tote bag that had been left inside. The stolen items were worth $670.

On May 9 at Paramount Ranch, someone stole a satchel containing a MacBook Air computer and an external hard drive, worth a total of more than $1,200.


Someone broke into a car parked on Mulholland Drive on May 12 by prying the key slots off the front and rear driver’s side doors, which caused $500 in damage. The thief stole two wallets that had been left in the car, each containing cash and credit cards.

On May 12 around 3 p.m., a thief stole a purse at Le Pain Quotidien restaurant in The Commons shopping center. The $400 purse contained $180 in cash.

Someone broke into a car parked at The Commons on May 11 by smashing the rear passenger window and causing $ 200 in damage. The thief took a $200 a iPod mini out of the car.

On May 10 someone smashed the driver’s window of a car parked at The Commons, leading to $500 in damage and the theft of a wallet containing $460.

Someone broke into a car parked on Commons Way on May 10. The thief shattered the rear passenger window, causing $300 in damage, and stole a briefcase containing three passports, two birth certificates and identification cards, worth over $1,500.

OnMay9ahomeonMagna Carta Road was burglarized. The thief smashed a sliding glass door at the back of the house, causing $5,000 in damage, and stole an antique chest containing a sterling silver tea strainer, worth $1,500.

Someone shattered the rear passenger window of a car on Park Granada the evening of May 8. The thief stole cash, a .45-caliber handgun, seven ammunition magazines and a backpack, worth $9,450. There was no ammunition in the magazines.

A thief stole $600 worth of baseball catcher’s equipment from an unlocked car parked on Prado del Maiz on April 21.

Westlake Village

On May 14, someone stole seven Lego sets and a backpack from the Target on Russell Ranch Road. The backpack with the Lego sets in it was later found at the nearby Tilly’s clothing store. Upon investigating, police found the backpack contained baggies of what resembled cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin, as well as 11 used hypodermic needles.

A thief stole a wallet worth $220 out of a purse while the owner shopped at Costco on May 12.

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked on Kerrmoor Drive the night of May 11. Two laptops and an iPhone were taken. The stolen property was worth $2,100.
