Agoura Hills

A home on Country Glen Road was robbed Aug. 30. Thieves stole a passport, a car key and documents pertaining to the homeowner’s business. The perpetrators entered by smashing a rear window, causing $350 worth of damage. The stolen items were worth $820.

A home on Trail Creek Drive was burglarized the weekend of Aug. 26 and 27. The residents had left town the previous Friday and returned to find a window smashed and several items missing. The thieves stole an antique urn, a safe and gold jewelry with a total value of more than $150,000.

Items were taken from an unlocked car parked on Lake Lindero Drive the night of Aug. 26. The burglar stole the owner’s wallet, money and sunglasses, which added up to a loss of over $600.

Calabasas

A resident of Sunflower Court reported petty theft from a car Aug. 30. The victim showed deputies security footage of someone entering the vehicle in the early hours of the morning. The thief stole $10.

A man stole a vaporizer pen and nicotine juice from Tobacco Royale at 26500 Agoura Road on Aug. 25. The man asked to examine the items before buying them then ran out as the shopkeeper was helping another customer.

A burglary was reported on Via Verde Court Aug. 25. The thieves entered through an unlocked rear window, ransacked the home and broke into a safe containing $18,000 and 6,600 in Euro currency. The burglars also stole $1,000 worth of jewelry.

Petty theft from a home on Lost Springs Drive was reported on the afternoon of Aug. 22. The homeowner said a FedEx package worth $500 was stolen from his front step.

An unlocked bike worth $150 was stolen from a home in the 5700 block of Las Virgenes Road the night of Aug. 19.

A car parked in the 27000 block of Las Virgenes Road was broken into while the owner was hiking. The thief broke the rear window and stole over $150 worth of items.

Deputies were called to a home on Park Paloma after the homeowner reported property was missing. The house had undergone extensive remodeling between August 2016 and April 2017, and the homeowner believes workers were responsible for stealing jewelry in the amount of $7,600.

Hidden Hills

A $300 garage door opener was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Annie Oakley Road sometime between Aug. 20 and Aug. 22.

Westlake Village

Deputies were called to the Target on Russell Ranch Road Aug. 18 after a shoplifter stole two vacuum cleaners worth $1,100.
