The loss was $778 after a purse, wallet, cell phone, a business card holder, a passport envelope, cash and three one-dollar lottery tickets were stolen from an unlocked car in the 300 block of S. Latigo Canyon Road the afternoon of Sept. 14.
A Mustang convertible top was slashed ($1,000 damage) while it was parked in an open garage on Skyview Way between Sept. 8 and 10.
A massage table, a foot bolster, a carrying bag, cash and compact discs totaling a loss of $825 were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Agoura Road on Sept. 15 or 16.
The window of a Mustang had $250 damage and a leather bag, a cell phone, a calculator and a wallet were stolen (a loss of $765). The break-in occurred between 6:30 and 9 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 28700 block of Eagleton Street.
The victim left the trunk of her vehicle open after unloading groceries on N. Aquarius Avenue the afternoon of Sept. 15. Between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m., a purse, sunglasses, cash and a cell phone (a loss of $485) were stolen.
The night of Sept. 10 on Eagleton Street, two briefcases, cash and a Palm Pilot were stolen from an unlocked car. The loss was $410.
A rock was thrown through a business office window in the 28300 block of Roadside Drive between Sept. 14 and 16, causing $350 damage.
A diamond ring was stolen from a merchandise display case in the 4700 block of Commons Way between Sept. 7 and 9. The ring was valued at $25,500.
Remodeling workers had access to a Park Melinda Avenue home between 9:30 a.m. and noon Sept. 12 when earrings were stolen from a bedroom (a loss of $8,850).
A business door was smashed with a rock ($200 damage) and a computer, a scanner and two speakers totaling a loss of $4,100 were stolen on Sept. 15 or 16 on Old Topanga Canyon Road.
Two computers, a printer and a file cabinet (a loss of $2,580) were stolen from a business in the 22200 block of Mulholland Highway between Sept. 13 and 17. No signs of forcible entry were observed.
Two windows at Calabasas City Hall had $2,500 damages after they were vandalized on Sept. 15 or 16.
Stolen from the trunk of a Lexus were clothing, shoes and a cassette player. The theft occurred at a Las Virgenes Road address, the loss was $960, and the incident occurred the night of Aug. 24. The theft was only recently reported.
A vehicle had $250 damage after it was keyed on Park Blanco on Sept. 13 or 14. A neighbor experienced a similar incident the night of Sept. 6 ($600 damage).
A laptop computer valued at $500 was stolen from a motel room in the 26500 block of Agoura Road on Sept. 12 or 13.
A motorized scooter valued at $400 was stolen from a Meadowlark Drive garage on Sept. 12 or 13.
Block walls and a sign at an apartment complex in the 5300 block of Las Virgenes Road were vandalized with spray-painted graffiti the night of Sept. 16 ($300 damages).
At 1:20 a.m. Sept. 13, a Canoga Park male, 22, was arrested after deputies responded to a burglar alarm at Westlake High School. The student store had been broken into and burglarized. The subject was acting suspiciously in the school’s parking lot. He also had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
A vehicle window was smashed ($350 damage) on Timber Ridge Court the night of Sept. 15 and an overnight bag, a wallet, cash, perfume and clothes were stolen. The loot was valued at $540.
