Agoura

A computer was stolen from a home (no signs of forcible entry) on Malibu Drive. The $500 loss occurred between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. Dec. 25 and a possible suspect was named.

Agoura Hills

A fight broke out between 20-30 males (18-21) and five local males (18-21) at a party in the 30100 block of Amelia Street at around 11:30 p.m. Dec. 31. Most of the local victims sustained injuries but the investigation was hampered because several of the victims were intoxicated and said they couldn’t even identify the suspects if they saw them again. By the time deputies arrived, the suspects had fled.

The loss was $850 after an in-dash stereo and a GPS (global positioning system) were stolen from a car in the 5000 block of Kanan Road on Jan. 1.

A burglar alarm activated at 6:35 p.m. Jan. 1 at a business in the 5300 block of Derry Avenue. A window had $300 damage, but nothing was stolen.

Calabasas

A locking device had $25 damage and two vibrators for concrete and a portable generator were stolen. The $3,600 loss occurred at a business between Dec. 27 and 30 in the 24400 block of Calabasas Road.

A business window was smashed ($800 damage) in the 24000 block of Ventura Boulevard and a TV and computer equipment valued at $1,500 were stolen. The burglary occurred between 5:25 and 5:32 p.m. Jan. 5.

Walls in a grocery store parking lot and on the exterior of the business had $1,000 damages after graffiti vandalism between 10:30 p.m. Jan. 3 and 4:30 a.m. Jan. 4 in the 22200 block of Mulholland Highway.

A purse and its contents (including a cell phone and cash) were stolen and an SUV window was smashed after a vehicle break-in at Calabasas High School between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Jan. 5. Total loss: $510.

A cell phone was stolen ($200 loss) from an unlocked vehicle at a gas station while the victim was using the restroom. The theft occurred in the 24000 block of Park Sorrento on Dec. 30.

Westlake/T.O.

Between 8:30 p.m. Jan. 9 and 7:15 a.m. Jan. 10 in the 4600 block of Sunny Hill Street, a bag, an organizer, an airline voucher, gift certificates and some legal documents (total value: $540) were stolen.

A $246.66 bike that was locked to a bicycle rack was stolen between 8 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. Jan. 10 at Westlake Elementary School.

At 10:41 a.m. Jan. 9 at Century High School in the 100 block of N. Lakeview Canyon Road, a classroom door was damaged during an attempt to break in. The total damages were $200.

Someone was cited for driving under the influence at 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 on the 101 Freeway at Westlake Boulevard.

At 2:22 a.m. Jan. 11 on the southbound 101 Freeway onramp at Westlake Boulevard, a driver was stopped for driving under the influence.
