A thief stole a $20 camera bag and a $20 CamelBak bag from a car parked on Liberty Canyon Road April 3. The culprit caused $200 in damage shattering a window to get into the vehicle.

Someone stole a $150 backpack containing tools, clothing and other items valued at $110, and caused $400 in damage shattering a window to get into a car parked on Mulholland Highway near Cornell Road April 2.

A thief stole $300 in cash and caused $200 in damage shattering the window of a bathroom to get into a home on Country Glen Road April 1.

A vandal caused $ 1,000 in damage to the mirror and windshield of a car parked near a dirt lot on Thousand Oaks Boulevard March 31.

A thief stole five trash bins valued at $50 each from the front of a home on Lakeshore Drive March 31.

A burglar stole a $ 2,000 computer and $2,800 television set from a home on Saddlebrook Drive March 28.

A thief stole a box containing $640 worth of stationery from the front of a home on Quail Run Drive March 25.

Calabasas

A burglar stole a $1,200 laptop computer, $200 in cash, two tickets for the Coachella festival valued at $1,500 and 10 jackets worth $6,000 from a home on Park Belmonte March 29.

A thief stole a wallet containing $500 in cash, bank cards and a driver’s license from a vehicle parked on El Encanto Drive March 28.

Someone stole dozens of work tools from a construction site on Las Virgenes Road March 26.

A thief stole a car registration and other items valued at $50 from a car parked near Malibu Canyon Apartments on Las Virgenes Road March 26.

A resident on Willow Glen Street reported that someone stole a set of diamond earrings and cash from her home March 25. The culprit ransacked the house, the victim said. The value of the loss was not declared.

Someone caused $ 140 in damage trying to break into a home on Cottonwood Grove Trail March 25.

Hidden Hills

A vandal caused $ 300 in damage to a wooden gate in the 23800 block of Long Valley Road March 29.

Westlake Village

A burglar stole a wallet containing bank cards, a driver’s license and $140 in cash from an unlocked car parked in the garage of a home on Canyon Ridge Drive March 30.

A shoplifter stole a $1,000 laptop computer from Costco in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road March 18. Police said the culprit left the store with the computer hidden under his shirt.
