Calabasas

A burglar stole a $200 navigation system and a $60 ear piece from a car parked in the 5800 block of Las Virgenes Road. The culprits caused $400 in damages to get into the car. The incident occurred Sept 14.

A thief stole a $150 portable piano and a $475 flat screen TV from a home in the 5600 block of Ruthwood Drive Sept 15.

On Sept 16, someone stole a poster of the 1954 World Series Brooklyn Dodgers from a home in the 23200 block of Bluebird Drive. The loss was estimated at $1,000.

A thief stole a $40 briefcase containing credit cards and bank statements and a $100 vehicle manual from a car parked in the 2300 block of Valley View Road Sept 17.

Someone stole a $150 cellphone from a car parked in the 5400 block of Ruthwood Drive Sept. 17.

A vandal tried to break into a vending machine at A.E. Wright Middle School in the 4000 block of Las Virgenes Road Sept. 20.

On Sept. 22, someone stole a wallet containing a credit card, several gift cards and $20 in cash from a car parked near Calabasas High School on Old Topanga Road. The culprit caused $200 in damages, shattering a window to get into the car.

Oak Park

A home was burglarized on Sept. 19 or 20 in the 6000 block of Caledonia Court.

A thief stole someone’s credit card account and purchased goods between Sept. 14 and 17 in the 700 block of Deer Run Lane.

A female, 20, was cited at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at Sabra Avenue and Conifer Street for selling goods without a permit.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Aug. 7 or 8 in the 6200 block of Marquis Court. The crime was recently reported.

Westlake Village

A cellphone was taken from an insurance company office in the 31000 block of Agoura Road on Sept. 15.
