Agoura Hills

A 20-year-old male used a stolen credit card that had been taken in a vehicle burglary. The man used the credit card at a business at Deerhill Road and Kanan Road in Oak Park. He was arrested for two counts of burglary at 9:10 a.m. Jan. 8 in the 29100 block of Oakpath Drive.

Oak Park

A 24-year-old male battered his girlfriend and forcefully took the phone from her when she tried to call the police around 11 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 6600 block of Tamarind Street. The man was arrested Jan. 14 in Thousand Oaks.

A 53-year-old male was arrested for possessing a large capacity (25 rounds) .22 caliber magazine and a 9-inch short barrel rifle at 4 p.m. Jan. 10 at the Palo Comado Canyon trail.

An assailant threatened another person with a handgun around 5:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at Chaparral Park at the intersection of Conifer Street and Medea Creek Lane.
