Scouts honor service men and women




SACRIFICES REMEMBERED—Girl Scout Troop 10016 from Calabasas takes part in the Memorial Day Flag Placement Ceremony at the Los Angles National Cemetery in Westwood. Each year, over 85,000 flags are placed on the graves of service men and women who have honored the country with their service. The scouts said this is their favorite and most important event of the year and that they were honored to participate in the May ceremony.
